Midnight partner engagements are bespoke, done-for-you build services. Work begins immediately on acceptance, and the fee reflects the team time, tooling and creative production committed to your build from day one.
Bespoke services
Because each engagement is built specifically for you and delivery starts at once, fees for partner programmes are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the signed service agreement expressly says otherwise or where the law requires a refund.
Your cancellation rights
Where you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel, that right applies as set out in law. By asking us to begin work within the cancellation period you acknowledge that you may lose that right once the service has been fully performed.
Chargebacks
If you believe something has gone wrong, contact us first at support@gomidnight.ai. We would always rather fix an issue than have it raised as a dispute.
Your service agreement prevails
Where you have signed a service agreement with us, the refund, cancellation and remedy terms in that agreement govern your engagement and override this page.
